The Courage to Kill is a fine murder mystery even if half of that mystery is revealed as soon as the reader cracks the cover. Then again, for Argo, the story is not about discovering the solution to that mystery, but about how that mystery is solved.

I've attempted once before and I can personally say for me the thing that gave me enough courage was feeling absolutely overwhelmed with how shitty my life was at that moment. It doesn't necessarily have to be just courage. Being fed up or just so worn out and sad that you know CTB is the most positive outcome can help you pull the trigger ...

To Kill a Mockingbird: Courage. To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee is the unforgettable novel of a child’s story growing up in a sleepy, Southern town and the crisis of conscience that rocked it.
Courage is doing what you know is right and acting upon it or being able to face your fears and overcome them. To Kill a Mockingbird has several scenes of courage. For instance, Mrs. Dubose trying to fight her addiction to morphine, to Atticus’s determination to fight racism, a common occurrence in Alabama. Most characters in the story demonstrate the ideas of courage amidst fear, especially where racism is widely practiced. Atticus Finch shows courage and acts bravely, despite fears of what would happen to him, he remains strong.
Give me the courage to kill myself. I already know (and have known) for years that suicide is the right option for me. I'm 24 years old, I've suffered mentally for many years, and I'm not equipped to deal with the challenges and expectations of living on this planet.
